Commodity inspection of textile imports
The safety of textiles has been increasingly valued by the people of the country and the world.
In order to protect the rights and interests of consumers and promote the normal development of the textile industry, according to the Commodity Inspection Law, textiles are announced as commodities subject to inspection. Whether imported or domestically produced, they must meet the inspection standards before entering the domestic market.



The regulations are as follows:
Chinese labeling-Article 11 of the Commodity Inspection Law of the Bureau and the labeling standards for apparel and fabrics

－In the product body, package, label or manual, indicate the name of the product, the name or name and address of the obligor for inspection.
－Apparel and textile labeling standards (determined by the Department of Commerce)
-For domestic producers, the manufacturer’s name, telephone number and address should be indicated. Importers should indicate the name, telephone number and address of the importer.
-Size or size.
－Country of production (the country of production of the main manufacturing process of the product).
-Fiber composition. The fiber composition is tested in accordance with CNS 2339.
－Scalding treatment method.

Import-related commodities must apply for commodity import inspection and obtain labeling.
